I’m excited that this modern glam bridal shoot is FINALLY on the JVP blog! So many talented vendors helped pull this together. Inspired by brides of color, this shoot features trendy lace gowns, a vibrant purple wedding cake, and all of the season’s best pastels and florals.

Since I haven’t blogged in a little while, I figured the perfect reintroduction would be to celebrate some special friends of mine who will be graduating alongside me in a few short weeks…

There’s nothing better than a sweet Richmond engagement session. I got to wander around Belle Isle with these two sweethearts before we met met up with their adorable daughter and puppy for some family portraits. 

Louisa and Grant’s Hermitage Hill Farm & Stables wedding in Waynesboro, VA featured gorgeous florals, a beautifully crafted golden snitch cake, and one classy and creative couple.

Fall engagement sessions will always steal my heart. Katie & Matt wanted to do a lifestyle engagement session and I loved capturing them in their cozy downtown Charlottesville apartment.

Ammee and Khaleef’s special day was a classic, elegant Richmond affair. So many beautiful details and sweet moments!

Jessica & Tyler. I could rave about these two all day long! I’ve been counting down the days until their wedding ever since I met them for their Richmond engagement session in February! These two light up a room – I loved capturing all of the sweet “in-between” moments like the father-daughter first look and the heartfelt speeches that took place later in the evening.
