I’m so excited about featuring Tamara’s brand shoot today. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tamara a few times over the past few years. She was one of my 2017 brides and I even had the honor of photographing her doctoral portraits in 2018. Tamara is a health and wellness coach based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Her brand tagline is “Running. Recipes. Rosé.” So fun, right? Tamara focuses on teaching clients how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our goal going into her shoot was to create images that appeal to those clients through simplicity and authenticity. To start, we wanted to incorporate home spaces, wineries, and office spaces. We started at Common House and then popped over to Jefferson Vineyards for some fun lifestyle and fitness shots.

I love that we were able to create a collection of images that highlighted the various elements of Tamara’s brand. From working shots, to winery shots, and even some outdoor exercise shots, we were able to speak to Tamara’s audience in several different ways. Tamara scheduled seasonal branding shoots, so I can’t wait to work with her again to dream up more creative ways to show off her brand.
