I have been excited for Allen and Felicia’s Morais Vineyards wedding since the moment we first spoke on the phone. We captured their engagement session last Fall at the National Arboretum and after meeting them in person, I knew that their wedding day was going to be a fun day!

Their wedding brought together all of my favorite wedding details – beautiful personalized details, heartfelt moments with family, and of course a good party to close out the night! With the guys dressed in sharp black suits and the ladies in beautiful blush dresses, these two had the perfect late summer color palette.

Getting married in the middle of a pandemic isn’t at the top of any couple’s list, but Allen and Felicia handled it with grace. They provided the cutest custom masks and hand sanitizer for all of their guests to help create a safe and fun atmosphere. My favorite moment of the day was seeing Allen’s mom tear up as Felicia read her vows to him. Allen & Felicia’s love for each other is so sweet – their love story started at UVA and you’ll see all of the fun ways that they paid homage to their alma mater in the photos below.

Allen & Felicia, thank you so much for the honor of being a part of your wedding day! The entire day was a photographer’s dream and you two were the BEST bride and groom! I can’t thank you enough!
