I am so excited to share the fabulous Exclusively Exquisite Events on the blog today! Michelle is the owner and lead designer of Exclusively Exquisite Events, an event decor company serving clients in the Richmond area and beyond. Michelle reached out about a brand shoot because she wanted to have a more cohesive and accurate representation of both her brand and the type of designs she creates for her clients. Since Michelle’s company works to create custom décor for luxury events, the goal of our shoot was to capture new portfolio images of her designs as well as some updated lifestyle headshots for her to share with her various social media audiences.

During our initial phone call, Michelle described her designs as chic, modern and elegant. You know this made me incredibly happy since chic and elegant are two of my favorite adjectives. Something that I love about working with planners and designers for branding is getting to highlight the creativity that goes into each design. One of my favorite designs from Michelle’s brand shoot was her chic black and blush tablescape. As a wedding photographer, I love seeing black beautifully weaved into a design; it has such a bold yet classy touch.

Choosing the perfect Richmond branding session location was easy since Michelle has a beautiful office space. It featured all of her key brand elements, so we knew it would be perfect as one of our locations. Everything came together beautifully. I can’t wait to see how Michelle decides to use these images in her business!
